CopyPaste - Time Machine for your Clipboard

If you have never tried a multiple clipboard application then you owe it to yourself to try CopyPaste Pro. You already know how powerful the clipboard is. Copy some text or graphic and go to another app to paste it.  We all use this many times a day. It may be that this is the most common operation performed by millions of people using computers. CopyPaste amplifies this usefulness by having multiple clips and by allowing you to collect clips, edit clips, display clips and perform actions on clips. It sounds a little abstract but ends up being a must have utility for anyone wanting to accomplish more with their time.

Check out their info and download and try the app out. Install it and you will find yourself using it immediately. Its not necessary to read the manual right away. Its working in the background, there when you need it.

CopyPaste Pro for Mac. I've used it for years and when people ask its always the first app I recommend.

iKey - Do less and accomplish more.

iKey is another great application by the makers of CopyPaste. iKey acts as a launcher for apps in its simplest state but it can do anything that you could do on your Mac. Everyone pushes buttons, hits menu items, types, copy, drags, etc. These are all the things we have learned to do with modern windowing operating systems. Much of what we do is repetitive. We might do it once a day or many times a day. iKey automates these repetitive actions (older computer users call these macros) easily. iKey gives you an interface that easily lets you kick off a command or a series of commands that perform your morning routine of opening websites, copying links, and emailing friends but instead of hundreds of clicks and typing just one hotkey does it all quickly.

iKey is a great tool for Mac users. I have had many Windows users look with awe on the things iKey does easily. Its available at Plum Amazing.

1Password - Best way to maintain your passwords and security.

1password is another essential software if you find yourself using your browser to log in to banks and other sites that require logins. we find ourselves needing to do this constantly these days and every day we have several more sites and passwords to remember. 1password takes care of all that much better then the keychain apple has built into mac os x. give it a try.

Audible books are great.

i love audible books on my ipod. its how i do the dishes, drive, walk, etc. when i am by myself and doing some mindless task its great to catch up on books and listening saves my eyes.

if you want to try a wild listen then when you are there search for the book shantaram (for the unabridged version). its based on the life of the author in india. it has criminal philosophers, mafia, history, beggars, actors, gangsters and of course love. beautifully written and with a great narrator.
